In the United States, this kind of barbecue has become a trend to the point the price of brisket has gone up. This place is sinple and small but well kept, and they offer ribs, and brisket. I went went the ribs and it came with rice ans potato salad. If you look at the picture I think you can see a smoke ring on the meat which I beleive is a good sign.
Needless to say I will be visiting this place again to try the brisket.
