Ramen has been around for quite a while, anyone who was ever looking for a quick meal..I’m sure has come across dry noodle wafers with a flavor packet usually in the form of the Lucky Me Brand.
But what if you decided, to really appreciate the ramen and went for something where more time was spent in making the noodle and broth that went into it?
This brings us to the the ramen shops where people come in to appreciate such work. You step into this place and you get the impression, they know what they are doing and it seems they do, since I notice people that look like regular customers. In addition, the place has been in the area for a while.
You can’t really go wrong with any of the choices, but I went with the ramen tonkatsu since it comes with some slices of pork along with a side order gyoza. Be sure to look a the menu, since it gives a description on what each ramen bowl offers in flavor and the staff is more than kind to assist in helping you choose the right meal for you. To me its about the noodle texture and the broth. As you slurp in the noodle and take in some broth, you can’t help but feel a sense of comfort.
