Siopao or *cha siu dont know spelling but thats how its pronounced) is a chinese food that consists of a white colored steamed bun with a meat filling. The fillings are usually pulled pork with some egg(asado) or meatball (bola-bola). Although it is usually found in chinese restaurants, due to its popularity as a quick snack or merienda filipino bistros or vendors will also carry it.
This particular place “pasonanka” was discovered by word of mouth about how its been around for a while and I gotta admit it does taste good. It has its own spin on taste and I liked the fact you can actually see and taste the bits of boiled egg in the bun.
