In the Fairlaine village subdivision, Guadalupe cebu is a mom and pop kind of place that sells nghiong. Nghion is kinda like a fried eggroll but the filling is the coconut shoot if Im not mistaken. The place has no signboard, except for a coca cola label in front. The place is famous by word of mouth and its only open Mon to sat 7am to 130pm. The nghiong is crunchy and once you put the hot sauce on, its hard to stop yourself from eating at least 5 pieces. In addition they also have fried chicken which seems to be friend in a tempura batter which is also delicious Despite the trend towards healthy eating, this is still a place you want to go to if you crave greasy goodness. Doming’s a hometown favorite.
